Just as things in Aislinn's life start to fall into place, everything turns chaotic. The faeries that Aislinn normally sees and avoids start paying a lot of attention to her and two of them start stalking her. One of them, Keenan, puts on a human form and starts following her around and telling her that she has been chosen. That she is the Summer Queen and he is the Summer King. To accomplish this, she needs to accept to be his queen and restore order to the Faery Court and then take down the Winter Queen.
